A nyitrai káptalan előtt Swran-i Kristóf Czabay-i Penzes György lánya, Magdolna, Rechen-i András felesége nevében tiltakozik, hogy 60 arany forintot Magdolna nevében fel akart venni, amit Penzes György fiai: Penzes János és Miklós igértek kifizetni, de nem fizettek ki és meg sem jelentek a káptalan előtt. - Hátoldalon rányomott kitöredezett, lekopott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
