V. a. Pentecostes Buda. II. Ulászló király a nyitrai káptalannak. Minthogy Zenthpether-i Lászlónak és Rechen-i Andrásnak a Nyitra megyei Chabay possession és a Bars megyei Kerezthwr possession levő birtokrészek felét, amelyek Podmanow-i János fia, Gáspár magszakadása folytán kerültek királyi kézre, eladományozta, küldje ki a káptalan hiteles emberét, akinek jelenlétében a felsorolt királyi emberek egyike végezze el a beiktatást.
