A budai káptalan jelenti Peren-i Imrének, Abaúj megyei örökös ispánjának, nádornak és a kunok bírájának, hogy oklevele értelmében Gywa-i Mátyás nádori emberrel Wacia-i András mesterkanonokot küldték ki hiteles emberül. A királyi ember a hiteles ember jelenlétében márc. 29-én (Sab.a.Quasimodo) Bayna-i Both Andrást Labathlan possessióról Bathor-i György és István ellen megidézte Szent György nyolcadára a nádor elé. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) BUDAI KÁPTALAN
