Mátyás király a garamszentbenedeki konventnek. Mivel Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor Werkew-i Penzes Györgynek és Podmanyn-i János fia Gáspárnak adományozta a Nyitra megyei Chabay possessiot s ehhez a király is hozzájárult, megparancsolja, hogy küldje ki a konvent hiteles emberét, akinek a jelenlétében a felsorolt királyi emberek egyike iktassa be az adományosokat a birtokba. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi).
