A nyitrai káptalan előtt Ilmer-i Sebestyén vallja, hogy a Nyitra megyei Saag és Rechen possessiokon levő, Rechen-i Istvánt és Rechen-i Gergelyt örökjogon illető birtokrészeket, amelyeket István és Gergely a nyitrai káptalan záloglevelével 26 arany forintért Sebestyénnek elzálogosítottak, Rechen-i Jánosnak és fiának, Andrásnak 26 arany forintért /puri, veri et iusti ponderis monete Hungaricalis/ elzálogosítja.
