II.Ulászló király Werböczi István protonotárius bemutatásában és részére s az ő és fia: Ferenc részére átírja és megerősíti Perényi Imre nádor 1506. december 24-i keletű Nógrád megyei Dednek prédium részükre történy adományozásáról szóló bizonyságlevelet és egyben a peédiumban levő összes királyi jogot is nekik adományozza. - Szöveg felett jobbról kanc. felj.- Két példány - Hártya mindkettő. - Függőpecsét csonkja az egyiken, a másikon ép függőpecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
