II.Ulászló király Hangach-i Mihály alnádor bemutatásában és részére átírja s megerősíti a jászói konvent 1492 jún.12-i bizonyságlevelét, amely szerint az Abaúj megyei Felsewadaz és Seleb possessiókat neki 3000 arany Ft örök áron eladták; egyben a birtokokban lévő minden királyi jogot is neki adományoz. - Szöveg felett jobbról: és a hátlapon kanc.felj. - Hártya - Csonka függőpecsét - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
