Az egri káptalan jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy miután 1493 okt.29-i mandátumára Borsod megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint a királyi parancsban állott, Loranthfy Tóbiást Kaza oppidumból, nemes familiárisait pedig Harkacz, Sankfalwa, Kysfalwd possessiókból a királyi személyes jelenlét elé Vízkereszt ünnepére (1494 jan.6.) inszinuációval nmegidézték és meghagyták Tóbiásnak, hogy a hatalmaskodában résztvett jobbágyait is állítsa elő. - Papír - Zárópecsét maradványa - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
