A sági konvent jelenti Guti Ország Mihály nádornak, hogy az 1481 december 24.-i parancsára Nógrád megyében megtartott tanuvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, mint a mandátum tartalmazta, ezért a hatalmaskodó Wyslas-i Barocz Zsigmondot Wyslas és Derencsényi Miklóst Therenne possessióból idézték meg inszinuációval Vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ a királyi prézencia elé.
