A váradi káptalan jelenti a királynak, hogy Pálóci László országbíró 1467 júl.8-i parancsára Pelbarthyda, Kozmafalwa, Eggyed, Rezege s Kyskagya possessiók illetve ezek részei birtokába zálogjogon Wpor-i Lászlót és Jánost be akarták vezetni, annak Pochay-i István és Marya-i Lukács ellenmondottak, amiért őket Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt.6.) a királyi perszonális prézencia elé megidézték, ellenmondásukat megindokolandó. - Kitöredezett zárópecsét.
