I.Mátyás király részletesen felsorolván Zerethwa-i Ramacha Boldizsár karddal a harcmezőn szerzett érdemeit, ezek jutalmazására neki adományozza a baranya megyei Zegleg catellumot a hozzá tartozó Baranya megyei Zeglag, Ormanowcz, Benaffalwa, Filesfalwa, Zathon, Mikosfalwa és a többi név szerint felsorolt possessiókkal. E catellum a sok bűne miatt proskibált Korogh-i Gáspáré volt. - Szöveg fellett jobbról kanc.felj. - Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét helye. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
