V. László király azokért a szolgálatokért, melyeket Pálóci László comes, országbíró Zsigmond király idejétől fogva tett, neki adományozza a Borsod megyei Kysfalwd possessióban levő minden királyi jogot. Ez a possessió az országbíró Sayozenthpether nevü oppiduma szomszédságában fekszik és jelenleg Derncsényi Jánosnak, mint a királyi jogok celatorának kezében van. - Szöveg alatt jobbról: Ex commissione propria domini regis Stephanus prepositus vicecancellarius.
