Tamás Felsew Rayk-i plébános Bayna-i Both Ferenc, továbbá Sebestyén Also rayk-i prépost, György Beche-i és Lukács kapornaki plébánosok és vicearchidiakonusok, végül Péter Wywdwar-i Jakab Gelse-i plébánosok s Laki Kachor Miklós ”ordinaciója” értelmében patronusát: Rayk-i Detrét és Ákosházai Sárkány Benedeket a mostanáig ”pro parte cuiusdam mulieris, Vrsula vocate, servitricis nobilis Detrici de Rayk” elkövetett hatalmaskodásokat, károkozásokat, házak megrohanását stb. illetően nyugtatta.
