A kapornaki konvent jelenti, hogy Rayk-i Detre részeit a Zala megyei Felsew Rayk, Kezep Rayk, Pethrethe és Jakabfalwa possessiókban, valamint Bewken és Bezzegd prédiumokban átadta örök jogon édesnővérének: Borbálának más néven Potenciának, Sythke-i Gotthárdfi István feleségének, ez viszont cserébe adta érte részeit a Szepes megyei Gergew és Gewbelfalwa, továbbá a Gömör megyei Ozgyan possessiókban. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét maradványa. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
