Zsigmond király megparancsolja Borsod megyének, hogy Pazthoh-i Kakas (dictus) Lóránd, Kaza-i Gywla özvegye: Cecilia és fiai: János és György részére Kaza-i Kakas Miklóssal szemben hozzon ítéletet, és mivel a megyét Lóránd és társai az ügyben gyanús bíróságnak tartják, ha az ítélettel nem lennének megelégedve, tegye át a pert a királyi kúriába.
