Zsigmond király az egyfelől Kaza-i Kakas János fiai: László és Miklós, másfelől Kaza-i Gywla mester között folyó pert vízkereszt nyolcadáról az oklevélben részletezett perbeli bírságok mellett a felek prokátorainak, Nádasd-i Miklósnak és Jethye-i Bertalannak a kérésére elhalasztja Szent György nyolcadára.
