8.d. Mych. arch. Az egri káptalan előtt Heeth-i Antal özvegye, Ilona - magára véve fia: Mihály és leánya: Margit terhét - tanúsítja, hogy Garai Miklós nádor ítéletlevele szerint Puthnuk-i Miklós október 6-án 50-ed magával esküt kellett volna tegyen ellene. De mint azt Miklós is erősítette, megegyeztek egymással oly módon, hogy Miklós november 1-jén 4 új dénármárkát fizet Ilonának, aki viszont nyugtatja az eskütétel tekintetében.
