Garai Miklós nádor Kaza-i Kakas János fia, Miklós perét Kaza-i Kakas Lóránd ellen, Meger és Laposd birtokok tárgyában királyi parancsra, minthogy Lóránd fivére, Gywla, az ország törökök elleni hadjáratában vesz részt, és nélküle Lóránd a perben felelni nem tud, elhalasztja Szent György nyolcadáról Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.).
