A jászói konvent tanúsítja, hogy Monay-i Rufus Tamás királynői ember a konvent hiteles bizonysága jelenlétében beiktatta a Borsod megyei Puzthakazinch birtokba Kakas (dictus) László mester fiait. Eredeti, hártya, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma. Az oklevél alján hártyaszalagra fűzve Kakas László feljegyzése egy hártyadarabon, ezen felül az oklevél szövege alatt ugyancsak az ő feljegyzése. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) JÁSZÓI KONVENT
