A váradi káptalan jelenti Garai Miklós nádornak, hogy Kucech-i István nádori ember és a káptalan hiteles embere március 1-jén szombaton Várad városban, március 25-én szerdán Byhor-ban, március 26-án csütörtökön Cechke faluban három egymást követő vásáron kikiáltással perbe hívta Puthnuk-i Mihály fia Mihályt Telegd-i Miklós királyi udvarmester fia Miklós ellen Szent György nyolcadára (május 1.) a nádor elé.
