Kont Miklós nádor a Zenthelsebeth-i Pál fia János és Péter fia Miklós mint egyik fél, valamint Patha-i László fia János mint másik fél közötti per tárgyalását a Bulgaria elleni királyi hadjárat Szent Mihály nyolcadára meghírdetett feloszlatásának 15. napjáról (október 20.) elhalasztja a felek prókátorainak kívánságára Szent György nyolcadának 15. napjára (május 8.).
