Az esztergomi káptalan előtt Iseyp-i Péter fia Benedek Putnuk-i László fia Mihály mester nevében tiltakozik amiatt, hogy mikor Nempty-i Bukeen fia Tamás deák megjáratta a Borsod és Gömör megyei Nempty és Ewzynhaza birtokok határát, ura nevében eltiltotta a királyi embert és az esztergomi káptalan emberét attól, hogy Pyspuky birtok és a két birtok között határjeleket emeljenek.
