Gömör megye tanúsítja, hogy Puthnuk-i Miklós fia László mester Hechey-i Vgro fia Antal megyei ember által a szokott módon szept. 16-ára megidéztette fivérét, János mestert a megye elé, meghagyva neki egyúttal Benedek nevű szolgája előállítását is. A nevezett napon János mester helyett csak assumptor termini jelent meg, így János mester más perbeli elfoglaltsága miatt és a felek kívánságára a pert okt. 14-ére halasztják el.
