Az egri káptalan előtt Balath-i Kuth fia György fia Miklós előadja, hogy mivel dolgaiban Antal fivérétől sok segítséget kapott, viszonzásképp anyjuk, Laad-i Teodor lánya, Finke-i Jakab özvegye, Balaht-i György felesége: Konstancia hitbérét és jegyajándékát bírói úton megszerzi Finke-i Jakab birtokai örököseitől és Antalnak engedi át.
