A váci káptalan jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy Lyberche-i István királyi ember Gergely váci őrkanonok hiteles ember jelenlétében dec.20-án Nógrád megyében kivizsgálta a királyi parancslevélben foglalt panaszt, majd Werebel-i Pál mestert Werebel birtokon, Azwpathak-i Tamást Azwpathak-on Megyer-i Thezery Lászlót Megyer-en (Nógrád m) megidézte Szent György nyolcadára a személyes jelenlét elé a panaszos ellen. - Hátoldalon több perbeli feljegyzés - Papír - Hátoldalon z.p.maradványa - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) VÁCI KÁPTALAN
