Az egri káptalan jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy Napragh-i Bertalan királyi ember István pap baccalaureus, az egri egyház Szent Dorottya oltárának igazgatója mint hiteles ember jelenlétében szept.19-én Borsod és Gömör megyékben kivizsgálta a Báthori István országbíró parancslevelében foglalt panaszt s azt jogonak találva Kaza-i Gywlafy Ferencet és Bálintot Kaza-n, Tryz-i Benedeket Tryz-en, Therewk Istvánt Jeethyew-n megidézte a panaszosok ellen Szent Mihály nyolcadára a király elé. - Papír - Hátoldalán z.pecsét nyoma - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) EGRI KÁPTALAN
