Az egri káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy 1467 ápr.11-én kelt parancslevele értelmében Othroczuk-i Márton királyi ember Petherwasara-i Bálint mester egri kanonok jelenlétében ápr.15-én Gömör megyében vizsgálatot tartott, majd Gorthwa-i Miklóst és Pétert Sewreg birtokon megidézte Kaza-i Kakas Miklós özvegye, Katalin ellen Szent György nyolcadára a személyes jelenlét elé. - A hátoldalon zárópecsét nyoma.
