Gömör megye tanusítja, hogy Pwthnok-i Radnót, János, Zsigmond, Ferenc és Miklós, valamint Pwthnok-i László özvegye, Orsolya mindegyikük 13-admagával szept. 20-án esküt kell tegyenek Pwthnok-i János ellen arra, hogy Pwthnok birtok szőlőhegyeiről nem vitték el jogtalanul a bortizedeket és nem okoztak ezáltal Jánosnak 40 arany forint kárt.
