Borsod megye Kaza-i Gwla fia Detre panasza ügyében, amely szerint Kaza-i Kakas Miklós özvegye, Katalin az elmult napokban Kaza-i jobbágyait fegyveresen Detre házához küldte, s ott Detre jobbágyainak barmait birságszedőkkel /per birsagiatores/ elvitette, Detrének ezzel több mint 200 arany forint kárt okozva, meghagyja, hogy Katalin jul. 13-án 7-edmagával tegyen esküt arra, hogy a keresetben ártatlan. Papír. A hátoldalon rányomott pecsétek nyoma. BORSOD MEGYE
