A szepesi káptalan jelenti ”magistro Philippo comiti et castellano domini regis de Seps”, hogy kiküldött embere ”Nicolaus dictus Tumpa” jelenlétében vizsgálatot tartott a Polyan fia András fiai Miklós és János és ”de villa Stepch”-i jobbágyai által a Poka fiai Pál és Péter és Lukács fia György birtokán elkövetett hatalmaskodás ügyében.
