János Jazow-i prépost és a konvent bizonyítják, hogy Zsigmond király 1430. június 25-én Kökcsén kelt parancsára Peren-i Péter országbíró fiait: János mármarosi ispánt és Peren-i Imre fiait: Jánost és Istvánt Jánosy-i Gergely királyi ember János pap, konventi kiküldött jelenlétében, Gwmer mezőváros, Berzethe, Kewres és Rudna Gömör megyei (Gwmeriensi) birtokokba adomány címén bevezette. Datum decimo nono die diei introductionis et statutionis prenotatarum (in festo beati Jacobi apostoli) anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo tricesimo supradicto.
