Székesfehérvár. Zsigmond király (Romanorum rex semper augustus ac Hungarie, Bohemie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc rex) minthogy néhai Peren-i Péter országbiró fia János királyi szolgálatban van elfoglalva, meghagyja a Lelez-i konventnek, hogy az Egry birtoknak János Therebes birtoka felőli, a János, valamint az Egry-i nemesek közti, Szent György 15. napján (máj. 8.) leendő meghatárolását Szent Jakab nyolcadára (aug. 8.) halassza el. Datum in Albaregalis (!), feria sexta proxima post festum beati Georgii martiris (anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo quinto, regnorum nostro) rum anno Hungarie etc tricesimo nono, Romanorum quintodecimo et Bohemie quinto.
