Gara-i Miklós nádor (et iudex Comanorum) a Peren-i Péter fia János által, akit a Jazow-i konvent oklevelével megbizott Papy-i Imre képviselt, Olnod-i Zudar Benedek fia János ellen az abaujmegyei (Abawyuariensi) Zaka birtok iktatásának ellenmondása miatt indított pert az alperes részére kiadott királyi parancsra Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt. 6.) halasztja. Datum Bude, quadragesimo secundo die termini prenotati (in octavis festi beati Georgii martiris) anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo quinto.
