A nyitrai (Nitriensis) káptalan előtt Erdewskereky-i Aczél István pozsonyi (Posoniensis) alispán a neki Mezewkezy-i Palasthy Balázs által Wylak-i Lőrinc országbíró előtt 20 forintért elzálogosított Nyitra megyei Mezwkezy-i két jobbágytelket a fenti 20 forintban továbbadja zálogba Gymes-i Forgach Ferencnek, Miklósnak és Zsigmondnak. Datum feria secunda proxima ante festum beati Anthonii confessoris, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo quinto.
