Bathor-i István nádor (et iudex Comanorum ac comes Themesiensis) és Lajos király mostani távollétében királyi helytartó a Zen-i Ambrus által képviselt Karol-i Lancz László által a Mada-i Pál által a Lelez-i konvent levelével képviselt Kallo-i Lewkews János ellen indított perben az alperes részére átírja a váradhegyfoki káptalan 1523. február 5-én kelt, a felperes által felmutatott oklevelét. Datum Bude, secundo die termini prenotati (feria sexta proxima ante festum beati Valentini martiris) anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo tertio supradicto.
