Buda. Lajos király (Hungrie et Bohemie etc) bizonyítja, hogy Cheb-i Pogan Zsigmond mármarosi (Maramorisiensis) kamaraispán ispán, akivel e tisztséget Peren-i Gábor Wgocha megyei ispán együtt viselte, kijelentette, hogy a Warda-i Pál Szent Zsigmond egyházának prépostja és királyi kincstartóval tartandó elszámolásba nem vonja be és őt felelőssé nem teszi. Datum Bude, die dominico proximo post festum sacratissimi Corporis Christi, anno eiusdem millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo primo. A szöveg jobb alsó széle alatt: Lecta.
