Károly király (Hungarie) Telmannus fia Hannus Zeleus király városi bíró és Zumbur-i esküdt Zeleus nevében előterjesztett kérésére átírja és megerősíti az egri káptalan 1336. április 7-én kelt, Darouch és Halasfeld földek határjárásáról szóló oklevelét. Datum in Damas, in festo sancte Trinitatis, anno Domini M-o CCC-o Xlmo secundo. A pecsét alatt: Relatio Pauli bani.
