A váci káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Ország Mihály nádor 1469 szept.5-i petitiójának végrehajtásaképpen a Nógrád megyei Czered és Obasth possessiók felének birtokába - a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében - Syma-i Kwn Benedeket ellenmondás nélkül bevezették. - Méltóságsor - Szöveg felett ABCD chir. - Pecsétképében kissé csonka függőpecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
