Garai Miklós nádor megbírságolja Merges-i Miklós fia Pétert, akit Pathahaza-i Balázs Herbarthya-i Osth fia János és Azzonfalua-i Ferenc fia László nevében Szent György nyolcadától kezdve 35 napig várt a nádor előtt, de Merges-i Péter nem jelent meg, az okleveleket nem mutatta be, s a 18 márka bírságot sem fizette meg.
