(Vasvár) 16. d. congregacionis nostre. Zsigmond király tanúsítja, hogy a Vas megye nemeseinek Vasvár városban november 8-án tartott közgyűlésen Thelekus-i György fia István állítását, miszerint mikor Pethew fia László Vas megyei ispán megbízásából Azonfalva-i Osth fia Gergely Magasy-i István deák ellen teendő esküjnek meghallgatására elment, a Szent Margit egyház előtt Gergely Kelemen nevű és más familiárisai meg akarták ölni, Vas megye hatósága hit alatt erősítette meg.
