A zágrábi káptalan előtt Benedek fia Kelemen, Crapina-i várnagy Osth fia János mester, Zagurya-i ispán és fiai, Lóránt és Gergely nevében eltiltja Iunkher Pált Herbortya birtok Chuz János egykori horvát bánnak történő elzálogosításától, az utóbbit pedig annak birtokbavételétől, mivel az vérrokonság folytán Osth fia Jánost inkább megilleti.
