A vasvári káptalan előtt Symon-i Benchench fia Demeter Osl fia János fia János mester nevében és Zurchuk-i Pál fia Bertalan Zenthmartun-i Márton fia János mester nevében tanúsítják, hogy az említett János mester Márton fia Petheu Vas megyei Rengeth-i és szentmártoni (Sancti Martini) birtokrészét, amelyek 20 nehézsúlyú dénármárkáért lettek neki elzálogosítva, visszabocsátotta Márton fia János mesternek.
