A Szent Ipolyról nevezett zobori (de Zuburio) konvent előtt Vasard-i Leustachius fia Miklós a felesége, Zakal-i Boda lánya Erzsébet nevében azt a pert, melyet Konth Miklós nádor június 22-én tartott közgyűlésén egy ló miatt Ochkou-i Lachk fia János és fia Imre ellen indított, megszünteti és nyugtatja őket a ló felől, azzal a feltétellel, hogyha ő, vagy fiai ez ügyben zaklatnák a másik felet, 10 márka bírságban marasztaltassék el. Datum sabbato proximo post octavas festi sancti Michaelis archangeli, anno Domini millesimo CCCLXmo sexto.
