A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Kyskereskyn-i Péter fia Swran-i György a nyitramegyei Swran birtokon ”totalem portionem in curia nobilitari” és egy jobbágytelket, melyben Bozyg Lukács lakik, 10 magyar arany forintért elzálogosítja Swran-i Kristófnak. Datum feria tertia proxima post festum beati Georgii martiris, anno Domini millesimo quingentesimo vigesimo tertio. Eredeti, papíron, hátlapján pecsét nyomaival.
