A nyitrai (Nitriensis) káptalan előtt Swran-i Tamás testvéreinek: Benedeknek és Hermannak ügyét is magára vállalván, hogy a Swran birtokon lévő halastónak Swran-i László által megkezdett kijavításához hozzájárulhasson, Swran nyitramegyei birtokon 3 népes és egy puszta féltelket elzálogosít 15 arany forintért ezen Swran-i Lászlónak és fiainak: Pálnak és Kristófnak. - Hátlapján pecsét nyomaival. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Borsa Iván) NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
