Az egri káptalan jelenti II. Ulászló királynak, hogy parancsára vizsgálatot tartottak Borsod és Heves megyékben, amelynek során igazolódott mindaz, ami a királyi parancslevélben foglaltatott, majd megidézték a király elé Lukácsot, a Pazthoh-i Boldogasszony egyház apátját Pazthoh-on, Pazthoh-i Domonkost és Mihályt ugyanott, Mellethe-i Tamás fia Antal papot Galgocz-on. - Kerek zárópecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi).
