Abaúj megye közönsége (Abawywariensis) felhatalmazást ad Barcza-i János alispánnak, hogy a bíráskodás zavartalanságának biztosítása végett bármelyik nemest, ha a rendes ítélkezés menetének ellenszegül, s kivonja magát a vád alól, egy forintra büntetheti s ezt a nemesek ingóságain megveheti.
