Zaránd megye hatósága (... Myko János és Kereky-i Magnus János) bizonyítják, hogy Soklo-i Károly Domonkos és Somus-i Chepe János szolgabírák jelentésének alapján június 22-én (in festo decem milia virgum) Muron-i Veer András Zekwdwar-on a Dombegyház-an lakó Olah Pál providussal szemben Országh Mihály nádor 1479. február 14-én kelt és teljes szövegében átírt oklevelében foglalt megegyezés értelmében az esküt letette. - Hátlapon 3 pecsét töredéke, pecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
