A budai káptalan jelenti II.Ulászló királynak, hogy amikor 1504. november 19 előtt kelt restatuciós parancsának megfelelően a Nógrád megyei Kazar possessió felét Dobza-i Miklós fia Zsigmond részére akarták - a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében - statuálni, azt Belna-i Imre fia Bálint a maga, Ragyolcz-i László fiai: Miklós és Mihály valamint a nevezett Belna-i Imre fia: Zsigmond nevében kivont karddal megakadályozta, tehát a parancsot nem tudták végrehajtani. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
