A váci káptalan bizonyságlevele arról a békés egyezségről, melyet Felsewpethyen-i Thvrony Gergely egy részről és Berczel-i Wany Benedek más részről a közöttük ”ratione deductionis cuiusdam jobagionis, necnon certarum terrarum arabilium et silvarum ac rubetorum intra possessionis Felsewpethyen metas in comitatu Newgradiensi existentium habitarum” keletkezett perben Bátori Miklós váci püspök és prelatus fogott bíró közvetítésével kötöttek és amelyben a két fél egymást a pert illetően nyugtatta. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
